The late Supt. Rupert S. Young, District Supt. Westmoreland Jamaica Church of God in Christ; Served as Pastor of Blackness COGIC in Westmoreland Jamaica for over 40 years. He was a
church planter and was passionate about starting a ministry everywhere he went. His ministry was the start for numerous prominent pastors in Jamaica and has a legacy that crosses the oceans to different parts of the world.
