We are a Pentecostal Church dedicated to sharing the Word of God and creating a community of life-changing believers.
Core Beliefs
We believe the Bible is the Written Word of God.
We believe That God the Father sent his only begotten Son Jesus; to die on the Cross for our sins that we might have everlasting life. (John 3:16).
We believe that Christ rose from the dead on the third day, for repentance and remission of sins. (Luke 24:46-49).
We believe in the indwelling of the Holy Spirit that we might be filled and speak with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. (Acts 2:4) We believe in the Trinity; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
God
There is one eternally existing God who has three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. He is the creator of all that exists, both visible and invisible, and is therefore worthy of all glory and praise. God is perfect in love, power, holiness, goodness, knowledge, wisdom, justice, and mercy. He is unchangeable and therefore is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
Revelation
God has revealed himself to us through his son, Jesus Christ, who is the visible image of the invisible God, the holy scriptures, and through all of creation itself.
Mankind
Humans, both male and female, were created in God's image for His glory. The first humans, Adam and Eve, were created without sin and appointed as caretakers of the rest of God's creations.
The Fall
When Adam and Eve chose not to obey God, they ceased to be what they were made to be and became distorted images of God. This caused them to fall out of fellowship with God and fractured all of creation ever since that time.
Salvation
Jesus Christ came to reconcile us with God. He lived a life without sin and willingly died on the cross to pay the penalty for our transgressions. God raised him from the dead and now, by grace, offers as a free gift eternal life to all who follow Christ, by faith, as their Lord and Savior. That is why salvation can be found in Christ alone.
The Church
The Church is meant to be the visible body of Christ, sent into the world to glorify God and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Ressurection
Jesus Christ is returning one day to judge both the living and the dead and to usher in the fullness of God's kingdom on earth.
Our Goal
Our vision is to build a vibrant, multicultural church that reflects the heart of God and the diversity of our community. We want to create an atmosphere where people feel loved, accepted, and empowered to live out their faith in all areas of their lives.

Get to know our Senior Pastor
Elder Carl A. Foster
Pastor Carl was born in Westmoreland Jamaica. He is the only child of Elder Carlton & Delores Foster. He received his formal education in Jamaica. As a young boy, Pastor Carl grew up in the church under the leadership of his beloved grandfather the late Superintendent Rupert Young.
In 1991 he attended South College in West Palm Beach Florida. In 1994 he graduated Cum Laude with an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration, and a certificate in Accounting.
In 2000 Pastor Carl married Phyllis, the daughter of the late Bishop Holden. He began to work diligently by serving faithfully as Local and State Youth President, Sound Engineer, and Video Production Manager. He is the proud father of Taylor Harris who serves as Worship Leader at BOLWC Inc.
In 2001 Carl was made a Deacon by the late Bishop Holden. In May of 2004, Pastor Carl graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. In 2007 Pastor Carl relocated to Kissimmee Florida and in 2009 He became a licensed Minister in the Church of God in Christ.
Breath of Life Worship Center was birthed in March 2010 and began with bible classes. In August 2011, the first Sunday service was held. Pastor Carl has a heart for God and his people. His vision is to reach the lost for Christ and his desire is to be pleasing to God in all his ways.

Lady Phyllis Foster
Lady Phyllis was born in New Haven CT to the late Bishop Ivory W Holden and Bertha Stokes Holden. She attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick NJ, where she majored in Biology.
Lady Phyllis served in ministry at Holy Tabernacle Church of God in Christ in Bridgeport, CT. under the leadership of her dad the late Bishop Holden for several years. She served in various capacities; Minister of Music, and President of the Little Voices. Voice of Hospitality, and Administrative Assistant to Bishop Holden.
Lady Phyllis married Carl Foster in December of 2000. In June of 2008, They relocated to Kissimmee, FL. In August of 2011 Breath of Life Worship Center was birthed.
Lady Phyllis proudly stands by her husband faithfully ministering to the needs of God's people. She has a love for God's word and a passion for children. Her desire is to empower them to reach their full potential in God.
Lady Phyllis and her husband Pastor Carl have one daughter, Taylor, together they are determined to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.
